静电植绒是什么？静电植绒工艺流程，静电植绒是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性 , 使绒毛带上负电荷 , 把需要植绒的物体放在零电位或接地条件下 , 绒毛受到异电位被植物体的吸引 , 呈垂直状加速飞升到需要植绒的物体表面上 , 由于被植物体涂有胶粘剂 , 绒毛就被垂直粘在被植物体上 , 因此静电植绒是利用电荷的自然特性产生的一种生产新工艺。

What is electrostatic flocking? Electrostatic flocking process, electrostatic flocking is to make use of the physical characteristics of the same charge, repulsion, opposition and attraction, make the villus with negative charge, put the object needing flocking under zero potential or grounding conditions, the villus is attracted by the plant at different potential, and it is accelerated vertically to the surface of the object needing flocking, because the plant is coated with adhesive, the villus is vertically adhered to. Electrostatic flocking is a new process of production, which is based on the natural characteristics of electric charge.

根据植绒产品的不同 , 选择适当的植绒方式 , 一般分为三种： 

According to the different flocking products, choosing suitable flocking methods can be divided into three types:

1、植绒机流水线式植绒：

1. Flocking machine pipeline flocking:

该植绒流水线可实现从物品的上胶、植绒、烘干、浮 绒清除一次样全自动完成，如：植绒布、革、纸、无纺布、 PVC 、吸塑片、海绵、各种工艺品、玩具、汽车塑料件、储物箱、汽车密封胶条、饰条、吸塑盒、卡纸、挂历、对联、年画、包装礼品盒的植绒印花。 

The flocking pipeline can realize automatic flocking printing of flocking cloth, leather, paper, non-woven cloth, PVC, plastic sheet, sponge, various handicraft, toys, automobile plastic parts, storage boxes, automobile sealant strips, decorative strips, plastic suction boxes, cards, calendars, couplets, New Year pictures and gift boxes.  

2、箱式植绒：

2. Box flocking:

按照被植绒产品的大小、形状做植绒箱，将绒毛放置在箱中，接通电源，这样植绒箱内形成了一个高压电场，被植绒产品从植绒箱一端送入箱内，经三到五秒的时间，植绒完毕后从箱体另一端移出，烘干或晾干即为成品。 

Make a flocking box according to the size and shape of the flocked products. Place the flocked products in the box and turn on the power supply. In this way, a high voltage electric field is formed in the flocked box. The flocked products are fed into the box from one end of the flocked box. After three to five seconds, the flocked products are removed from the other end of the box and dried or aired as finished products.  

3、喷头式植绒：

3. Nozzle flocking:

接上电源，通过植绒机产生的数万伏的高压静电，输出到工喷头内，喷头中的绒毛带上负电荷，然后在被植物体表面喷涂上胶粘剂，移动喷头靠近被植绒物体，绒毛在高压电场的作用下从喷头中飞升到被植绒物体表面，呈垂直状植在涂有胶粘剂的物体表面上。

Connect the power supply and output tens of thousands of volts of high voltage static electricity generated by the flocking machine to the industrial spray head. The fluff in the spray head has a negative charge, and then spray the adhesive on the surface of the vegetable body. Move the spray head close to the flocked object. Under the action of high voltage electric field, the fluff flies from the spray head to the surface of the flocked object and is vertically planted on the surface of the object coated with the adhesive.
