Flocking machine, also known as high-voltage electrostatic generator, is a machine that uses the principle of electrostatic flocking to produce flocking products.
静电植绒的原理是利用电荷同性相斥异性相吸的物理特性 , 使绒毛带上负电荷 , 把需要植绒的物体放在零电位或接地条件下 , 绒毛受到异电位被植物体的吸引 , 呈垂直状加速飞升到需要植绒的物体表面上 , 由于被植物体涂有胶粘剂 , 绒毛就被垂直粘在被植物体上 , 静电植绒是利用电荷的自然特性产生的一种生产新工艺。
The principle of electrostatic flocking is to make use of the physical characteristics of the same charge, repellence, opposition and attraction, so that the villus is charged negatively. When the object needing flocking is placed under the zero potential or ground condition, the villus is attracted by the plant at the different potential, and it speeds up vertically to the surface of the object needing flocking, because it is coated with glue by the plant. Adhesive, the villus is vertically adhered to the vegetation. Electrostatic flocking is a new production process which takes advantage of the natural characteristics of electric charge.
